About Debbie Arthurs
I have been working as a professional massage therapist for over 8 years and I believe that holistic therapies are intrinsic in helping to alleviate stress not only in the body, but the mind to. For example, a revitalising back neck & shoulder massage will do much to rid the body of stiffness, equally, a relaxing but warming hot stone massage is a fantastic treatment for old muscle injuries and deeper muscle tensions. My philosophy is that we owe it to ourselves to have some “me time” The treatments I offer are some way to help maintain a happy balance for mind, body & spirit. Here are some of the other treatments I offer….Reflexology, aromatherapy & Swedish massage, each treatment will have personally selected oils to suit your needs. Indian head massage, great for releasing tension especially in the shoulders & scalp. The Dorn method - designed to help alleviate the cause of back and joint pain. It is used to correct misalignments of the spine & hips, a manual therapy which means we work together safely and at your own pace and it can help with headaches and migraines, sciatica and neck pain.In the comfort of your own home - I am happy to come to you if you can’t get to me. I will just charge a mobile fee Especially for elderly or those who don’t drive.
My training, work experience and any achievement
I have trained at Flakwell Heath college, the Middlesex school of complementary therapy and Windsor school of beauty therapy and holistic massage.Achieving VTCT Diplomas and am a member of the DMTA which is the Dorn Method association
I work alongside Carers Bucks also at Catherine Court Care home for the elderly suffering with Dementia offering gentle massage treatments to help connect with care.

My hours of work are flexible, if you prefer a Saturday appointment that’s fine toAside from my Massage & healing work, I also make a range of jewellery called "Spirit Fire" influenced by my spiritual work & the beauty of nature which is for sale through me or Altea Downley and Elwoods in High Wycombe

Events:- I run monthly meditation evenings & Reiki groups and courses either one - to - ones at my home or in groups at Altea.
Elwoods - Monthly Meditation evenings the 2nd Tuesday of the month.
